These Terms of Service govern use of the Citimuber AI Staff Solutions HK website and related services. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

Citimuber provides AI-assisted social media and digital staffing solutions for business use. Service details, inclusions, and limits are defined in plan agreements and onboarding materials.

2. AI Persona Disclosure

All AI models and personas shown on this website are artificial intelligence identities and are not real people.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and lawful content instructions.
• Review and approve sensitive campaigns before publishing when required.
• Use outputs in compliance with local law, platform policy, and third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Citimuber retains ownership of proprietary systems, internal prompts, workflows, and platform components. Client-owned brand assets remain owned by the client.

5. Payment and Billing

Pricing, billing cycle, and service tier are governed by the active plan agreement. Non-payment may result in service pause or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Citimuber is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including platform outages, third-party policy changes, or business losses outside direct control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate according to the plan agreement and applicable notice period. Outstanding balances and approved deliverables remain due.
